COMPLIANCE CHAMPIONS

A commitment to compliance is core to our organizational culture. It’s more than just following rules - it’s about embodying the principles that drive our success and ensuring our commitment to excellence. This month, we’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on our outstanding staff in the Behavioral Health Division who have been nominated as our latest Compliance Champions.

These dedicated individuals have gone above and beyond, demonstrating unwavering adherence to our values and embodying the spirit of integrity and accountability. Join us in celebrating these remarkable team members as we share their stories, achievements, and the impact they’ve made on our company.

Do you Know a Compliance Champion you would like to nominate?

We are looking for team members who demonstrate integrity and who support our mission of providing compassionate and healing care in a transparent and highly accountable culture. There is no greater obligation than to ensure we deliver the highest quality care in an honest, straightforward manner to the communities, clients, and staff we serve daily.

If you have a Compliance Champion nomination, you can submit it to your local Compliance & Quality Officer, or email it to compliance@vivantbh.com.

REPORT A COMPLIANCE CONCERN

Important to the health and success of our organization, we provide a Compliance Hotline, available at all times. The Hotline is a confidential reporting tool, staffed off-site by members of the corporate compliance team, which triggers a series of investigation protocols in to shared concerns with ethical billing practices, regulatory violations, business and care quality, workplace safety, HIPAA, and many other topics.

Reporting concerns to the Hotline helps us promote a culture of transparency and integrity, and also allows our organization to identify and address concerns. The Vivant organization has zero tolerance for unethical business conduct and maltreatment of clients, which also includes zero tolerance for those who fail to report observations of such. There is no justification for knowingly non-reporting in this organization.
