This page provides copies of samples, templates, policies, procedures, and guidelines that are intended to support local programs in achieving compliance with regulation and accreditation. Staff should access their local Policy and Procedure Manual to review policies pertaining specifically to their role at their location.

Some policy resources may appear on Vivant letterhead to illustrate formatting and template techniques only; they are not operational policies for Vivant. Program leadership is responsible for creating and maintaining operational policies and procedures tailored to their specific program needs. This includes adapting any base policies or resources provided to ensure full compliance with local regulatory or contractual requirements.
